The result is a personalized workout program that is virtually guaranteed to increase driving distance and stamina on the course.

• How it works - for the golfer: After identifying a golfer's general strengths and weaknesses in swing, short game, driving, and general fitness, the trainers develop a well-rounded regimen combining cardio, flexibility, strength and nutrition, monitor progress comparing notes on improvement and adjusting the program as necessary.
• How it works - for the non-golfer: Fitness Director Steve Heller will create a personalized workout regimen and guide guests through a custom workout, adjusted to fit the guest's overall fitness needs and goals.
