On Friday evenings throughout May, The Rim Bar will host complimentary tastings of two popular Wine on Tap offerings – the red and white blends from Niner Wine Estates. Join us from 5 to 7 p.m. every Friday for the tasting and to learn about this Paso Robles, California winery.
Unlike the process of serving wine from a bottle, wines on tap are not exposed to oxidation until the moment they are served, which ensures their quality and keeps their flavor as the vintner intended. In addition to reducing waste and carbon footprint created by serving in individual wine bottles, each of the Rim Bar’s Wines on Tap wines is produced by a winemaker who practices biodynamic, sustainable or organic procedures in their production methods.
