In conjunction with the Scottsdale Culinary Festival, The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa will host the 12th annual Friends of James Beard Benefit Dinner at the Resort’s signature restaurant, deseo, at 6 pm March 13. Guests will enjoy a special event reception, followed by a multi-course menu featuring a signature dish created by each of featured James Beard award-winning chefs including Chef Michael Ginor of Hudson Valley Foie Gras, Chef Susur Lee and Chef James Boyce. Each dish will be paired with a wine from Barnett Vinyards. This one-of-a-kind collaborative dinner experience sells out every year, and tickets must be purchased in advance.
