Named after the Sonoran desert plant that explodes with yellow blooms in the spring, Brittlebush Bar & Grill features an innovative Gastropub experience with a Scottish influence. The culinary effort, led by Chef Graeme Blair, a Scotland native, boasts some of his homeland favorites with a modern twist.
The perfect spot for a casual lunch or early dinner, experience a diverse menu that ranges from light appetizers and salads to more substantial fare, including "Full Scottish" Breakfast Sandwich and Mac & Cheese with a Twist. A full bar offers a wide selection of Scotches, imported draft beers, as well as domestic and micro-brewed beers including the Resort's own label "Piper's Pale Ale". Located in the Kierland Golf Club, Brittlebush offers patio seating with sweeping mountain and golf views, as well as a private dining room for meetings and special occasions.
