The WestinWORKOUT fitness studio features state-of-the-art cardio and strength-training equipment with LCD screen monitors and is open 24 hours with room card access.
- Resort guests participating in the daily Resort Services Charge or those receiving a 50-minute spa service will receive complimentary access to the spa facility and fitness studio on the day the service is rendered. Spa facilities include sauna, steam room, whirlpool, relaxation area and locker use.
- Guests who do not participate in the daily Resort Services Charge or who do not receive a 50-minute spa service will be charged $20 per day for unlimited access to spa facilities and fitness studio.

Award-winning golf instructor Mike LaBauve worked with the Resort Fitness Director Steve Heller to create a program that blends the best of exercise physiology with top golf instruction. The result is a personalized workout program that is virtually guaranteed to increase driving distance and stamina on the course.
- How it works – for the golfer: After identifying a golfer’s strengths and weaknesses in swing, short game, driving and general fitness, the trainers develop a well-rounded regimen which combines cardio, flexibility, strength and nutrition. Trainer then monitor progress and adjusting the program as necessary.
- How it works – for the non-golfer: Fitness Director Steve Heller creates a personalized workout regimen and guides guests through a custom workout to fit the guest’s overall fitness needs and goals.

Nutritional Assessment ~ 50 minutes

Select all preferences and sizes when reserving the kit. Delivered to your guest room upon arrival, simply leave the complete kit in the room within the mesh bag provided for pick-up upon departure.
